Roller Veneer Dryers
This fully automatic veneer dryer was purchased by our Romanian customer. It is equipped with fully automatic veneer feeding and semi-automatic veneer collection devices to save labor costs. The working width is a 3.5-meter-wide and 40-meter-long veneer drying equipment specially customized according to the customer's veneer size. The dried veneer is flat and wrinkle-free.
Before purchasing, the customer was also worried about the product quality. Until he went to our Latvian customer's factory to see the actual operation of our equipment, he was very satisfied with the performance and quality of the veneer dryer. After returning, the customer immediately decided to purchase our roller veneer dryer.
Our engineers went to the customer's factory to guide the installation. Our technicians did not give up going to the customer's factory for guidance even though they were rejected again and again when applying for visas. Until the visa was successfully processed in June this year, they immediately went to the factory for trial operation. We have established a deep friendship with the customer. Before returning home, the customer also gave our technicians a small gift and said that they would definitely see each other again in the future.
