The Shine veneer dryer can be heated with steam.
For steam, the veneer roller dryer is delivered with heat exchangers consisting of elliptical steel tubes with coils fixed on them by a galvanization process. They are tested in the manufacturing plant under the standards.
The feeding lines to the heat exchanges are built in accordance with the requirements of adequate flow, up to an external connecting port. Standard delivery includes an automatic compressed air driven flow control valve which controls the drying temperature.
