The bearings of 4 deck veneer dryer are featured high temperature 500 degree Celsius resistance and low temperature -20 degree Celsius resistance which no need injecting oil and easy maintenance in the daily operation.A unique heat exchange structure makes the equipment run efficiently and greatly improves drying output. and it can be equipped with automatic veneer feeder and semi automatic veneer collection system.

The 4 deck veneer dryer machinery is High degree of automation,it can be equipped with automatic veneer feeder and semi automatic veneer collection system.which not only improves the drying efficiency but also saves labor cost mostly. veneer dryer adopts automatic electric control and frequency conversion system, which can adjust the transmission speed and temperature automatically according to different veneer thickness and moisture content to achieve and ideal drying effect.
Roller veneer dryer machinery is a new generation wood veneer drying machine. It adopts the latest international pressure contact veneer drying technology to ensure the veneer is heated evenly. It can be used to dry rubber wood, eucalyptus, birch, teak, all kinds of hard wood and soft wood veneer etc.
Shine roller veneer dryer machinery has the advantages of simple operation, safety and practicality, stable operation and easy maintenance. The processes of hot pressing-leveling-drying are finished at the same time.The veneer after drying is flat, smooth and without marks and the moisture content is uniform.
