Jet Box Air Tubes for Veneer Dryer Machine

Jet box or air tubes in saw tooth thread design prevents veneer jam in the veneer drying process.
The scientific design of the air tubes and nozzles ensures the hot air volume emitted to the veneer is sufficient.
Jet box is made of galvanized plate including many nozzles. The waste wood chips are burned inside the biomass burner to generate the smoke and flue gas. The high temperature smoke and flue gas is blown to the flue gas channel and heat exchangers by the induced draft fans located on the two ends of the dryer. And the flue gas channel and heat exchangers became very hot. Then hot air fans collect the hot clean air emitted from the heat exchangers and blow to the jet boxes /air tubes and finally to the top and bottom of the moving veneer. In this way, the veneer is dried.
