Shine 2 deck veneer dryer is cost-effective and uses a new axial fan to reduce the power of the whole machine, saving energy and electricity for you. The veneer drying process consists of two parts: blowing heating by the blowing pipe and contact heating by the upper and lower pressing rollers. Double heating improves the heating efficiency. It can be matched with different heat sources (biomass burner, thermal oil and natural gas, etc.), and while producing efficiently, it ensures that the dried boards are good, flat and wrinkle-free.
