Plywood Veneer Roller Drying Machine
The veneer roller drying machine has the characteristics of high cost performance, stable equipment, low failure rate, etc. The size of the dryer can be customized according to production capacity, process and space (the front and rear veneer feeding and veneer collection can be customized according to customer needs). The heat exchange is adopted step by step, and the specifications of the heat exchanger in each section are different. The hot air in the heat exchanger can be evenly distributed to the veneer. The moisture content of the dried veneer is uniform, flat, without wrinkles or end ripples, no cracks, and the surface bonding state is good, which fully improves the utilization rate of energy and saves unnecessary energy waste.
Heat thermal oil veneer dryer uses heat-conducting oil as the heat carrier to supply heat, with fast temperature raising speed, short humidity adjustment time, large circulating air flow, uniform drying, small moisture error and large output. Shine Heat Thermal Oil Veneer Dryer can realize automatic temperature control, humidity control and automatic conversion of wind direction, which can meet the drying requirements of various tree species.
