Usually the continuous veneer ribbon is dried firstly and then cut into required size to get the biggest yield. The face veneer after drying has the uniform moisture content, flat with no buckle or end waviness. The surface is in good condition before gluing into plywood.

1. This machine adopts a centrifugal blower and radiator of steel & aluminum composite type.
2. The blower is mounted on the top of the machine and it has the features of large air volume and stability.
3. The radiator has the features of good wind resistance and a large heat radiation area.
4. The thermal air blower is mounted on each side of the machine. When the heated airflow comes into the special spray tanks, they could be sprayed evenly onto the veneer surface with high speed. So that the veneer could reach perfect moisture content and get almost the same moisture content on both sides of the veneer.
