Another 2 deck veneer dryer has been installed!

Recently, the roller veneer dryer purchased by our Thai customer has been installed and tested. Our engineers went to the customer's factory to guide the installation and trained the customer's workers. The engineers will not return until the workers are proficient in operation. The drying process of the veneer dryer consists of two parts: blowing heating by the blower pipe and contact heating by the upper and lower pressing rollers. Double heating improves the heating efficiency. The inverter of the dryer traction motor is connected to the temperature controller, which can automatically adjust the transmission speed and temperature of the equipment according to the thickness and moisture content requirements of the veneer, and can accurately control the final moisture content. It avoids the phenomenon that a large number of veneers are over-dried or dried to meet the process requirements.
