The veneer drying process consists of two parts: heating by blowing pipe and contact heating by upper and lower pressing rollers. Double heating improves heating efficiency. Both the hot air blower and the cold air blower of the veneer dryer adopt the new axial flow fan, which not only fully guarantees the air volume required for drying, but also reduces the total installed power by more than 38%, and minimizes the power consumption of the whole set of equipment. Diversified heat sources are available. Our dryers can be equipped with a variety of heat sources, including steam boilers, thermal oil boilers, natural gas, burners, steam generators, etc.
